Tutankhamun Figure

One of a pair of wooden shrine figures of Tutankhamun. The body is guilded with gold, his flail & long crook (staff) and sandles are fashioned from bronze and guilded with gold. He wears the crown of Upper Egypt, a bead collar, and a pleated kilt with apron dipped below the abdomen in the typical fashion of the Amarna period.
